Called on a Friday night at 8:00 talked to Arkansas sales agent and was given a decent offer but thought I had been given a better quote before. We verified that we could cancel without charge we were told if canceled before shipping there would be no charge. Called the next morning because I found my previous quote. I was told by the sales agent in Arkansas that our area could not get the 39.95 but I had a previouss quote stating otherwise. The customer service number 18669453258 said it was available in our area by two different reps. When trying to cancel until we were sure we were getting the best deal I was informed it would cost 50 dollars. When I told the training manager Levi that we were told we would not be charged if canceling before shipping he said we would be charged. He said they would have to listen to the recording to see what the rep said we told him okay and that we would wait on the line The customer service on the 1-866 number said we had 30 hrs for the time we ordered to cancel at no charge. When looking for a corporate email address we could only find one for snail mail. When asked by reps for email addresses said to click on link at the bottom of the wild blue website. Arkansas would not give reps ID numbers or last name of the Director. Serv reps would not give their ID numbers. Outside of the Arkansas group we could get Reps ID's. After talking to the Arkansas Training Supervisor Levi I did not feel that Wild Blue was a trustworthy company that I felt I wanted to business with for the next 2 years. This was supposed to be a Christmas present instead it has become a nightmare because I questioned that I was given the best deal out there. I canceled within 13 hours of ordering because I was uneasy with what I was being told and did not want to be in war with Wild Blue for the 2 years over what deal I was given. I was informed that 39.95 was not available in our area but it was. I want out with no fees attached. I want every dime I have put into this. I have spent 4 hrs today trying to get this canceled I can't believe that Arkansas managers have no authority to take care of business.
